I enjoy stats and this app is perfect at telling me when I use my phone the most! I like it a lot and cant wait for future updates

Only bad thing about it is it turns off once on airplane mode but still a great app!

Ive never had a problem with this app! it helps me manage my screen time, I had no idea I was on my phone that much. its appearance is clean and it never makes a sound.

Great for tracking time spent on the phone daily. Keeps "phone addicts" in the making accountable. Worth the cost!

Now I can track Every "Moment" I use my iPhone. When I pick it up And how much I stay on it! This app can calculate your average on-screen use and How many time did you picked up your iPhone for every day and every week. Thats AWESOME.

Im so glad I got this app. So useful and really good for helping me get off my phone and "be in the moment" more often. Ive had this for a long time and still really enjoy it. I agree with the other reviewer who said the analytics may need improving. Exporting them would be nice so I can compare my phone use from certain periods of time to others and see when I use my phone more and less. If there were more stars I would give it to this app. Gems like these are rare on the App Store. Great work, developers!

An awesome tool that is, to remind you just how much time you spend staring at your phone like a slobbering mindless chimp. We spend way to much time on our phones, and Moment Is a great way to see how much better we can be.

Very good app. I didnt know how many times I use my phone till I downloaded this app and found out, I got surprised by how many times I have been using my phone in a day

I absolutely love this app! I found out I spend over 4 1/2 -6 hours on my iPad min a day. Its really great for giving your a realistic perspective on how much time you waste on electronics

This app has made me come face-to-face with how much time I spent staring at my screen. You cant argue with data and this helps you control how much time you take away from your life.

This app does a great job of doing what is says it will, and its absolutely worth it to get the Pro Features. Kevin is also really helpful with answering questions.

I wish it broke out a bit more what you are using on your phone - or at least how many times you acceded a certain app. Great job though.

Great app but it is too easy to kill it while killing other apps in the background. It is very annoying from that perspective. Something should be done that gives you a warning that stops you from killing the app along with the others.

Great reminder that life is meant to be lived rather than avoided with an iPhone screen.
